The Early Career Research Community (ECRC) project supports an interdisciplinary group of early career faculty, including colleagues in term positions, those who are pre-tenure and/or at the rank of assistant professor, and those at any rank but who are new to Grinnell College. The resources and highlighted programming focuses on the research needs and demands of this group.
The ECRC project is a partnership of the Grinnell College Libraries, the Early Career Faculty & Staff Group, the Office of Corporate, Foundation, & Government Relations, and the Center for Teaching, Learning, and Assessment.
